Police were called to Howard Avenue in Dee Why just after 9pm after reports two possibly intoxicated year-olds were stumbling along Pittwater Road. When officers found the teens, one boy from Cromer and the other from Mona Vale, they allegedly had an open two litre bottle of alcohol and were stumbling, swearing and slurring their words. Police allege the two teens became aggressive and started screaming and threatening the officers when told they would be taken home to their parents. As police attempted to load the two teenagers into the back of their vehicle one allegedly threw his head forward, smashing his face into the back window of a nearby police truck.
